By 2021, the brand was acquired by Paul Richardson, with Holly Beadle (CEO) and Georgia Streeton (CBO) leading its evolution into a full fashion line with global ambitions.

The Project
Partnering with Bleckmann as their new 3PL set HERA up for confident growth, backed by reliable operations and tech. HighCohesion worked closely with the team to define an MVP, focusing initially on essential integrations to meet tight deadlines.
Leveraging our experience with Shopify and Bleckmann, we designed, built, and launched the solution in just four weeks, with two weeks for final testing and the 3PL switch.
We also worked closely with our valued partner and advisor to HERA, Whānau, using their deep operational knowledge and longstanding relationship with Bleckmann to further hone that MVP.
