The Snag

Launched during Covid lockdown, D. Louise quickly grew, attracting thousands of orders and investment from ex-Gymshark CEO Steve Hewitt.

But with growth came the need to adapt behind the scenes.

Ahead of Black Friday 2023, the team aimed to upgrade their order fulfilment with Bleckmann as their new 3PL — on a tight two-month timeline and with limited in-house tech support.

They also wanted to enhance their returns process by integrating ReBound for smoother, more reliable customer transactions.

With the clock ticking, HighCohesion stepped in to make it happen.

The Project

D. Louise needed a partner to steer it towards a successful Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

HighCohesion led a detailed Solution Design phase to address core issues rather than simply patch over the cracks.

Once aligned, we built integrations linking D. Louise’s Shopify store with Bleckmann (3PL) and ReBound (returns).

After rigorous testing, the system went live without a hitch.

The entire process took just six weeks — well within target and met with glowing feedback from D. Louise’s loyal customers.
