Revolutionising hair care requires a solid tech stack. HighCohesion helped iconic British brand Tangle Teezer future-proof its product.
The Snag
At this point in their journey, Tangle Teezer was now selling in 70+ countries and had expanded beyond hairbrushes to offer a full range of styling products.
Despite a strong high street presence, they lacked large-scale customer engagement.
They wanted to move from Shopware to Shopify to support their growth ambitions and ultimately strengthen their UK and US direct-to-consumer channels.
HighCohesion was called in to integrate Shopify with its Microsoft Navision ERP.
The Project
HighCohesion set up and connected Tangle Teezer’s UK and US Shopify stores to ensure accurate inventory management. Working alongside Shopify agency Velstar, we guided Tangle Teezer through tech and process changes, ensuring smooth data flow to the warehouse, ultimately saving their staff valuable time, whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
Our flexible integrations let clients adapt data flows as needs evolve, but of course, we were still on hand post-launch with our Hypercare service which allows clients to call on our expertise in flexible doses when they need additional support. This support helped Tangle Teezer quickly update US shipment details, retrieve tracking numbers, and sync extra order and tax info in the ERP, all shortly after going live.
