The Snag

Cou Cou Intimates was built to rethink the everyday. They design elevated essentials that are as kind to the planet as they are to the women wearing them. But as demand in the U.S. picked up, and things stateside started to look uncertain, their operations needed to evolve.

With only a UK-based 3PL, Cou Cou risked being caught out by changing De Minimis rules and growing friction from tariff administration. To keep up with U.S. growth, and to get ahead of rising complexity, they needed a reliable stateside fulfilment partner.

Enter NRI: their new U.S. 3PL. Cou Cou’s goal was to launch with NRI from day one, fully integrated, no manual workarounds.

The Project

Cou Cou partnered with HighCohesion to deliver a real-time integration between their Shopify store and NRI ahead of the new warehouse launch.
